Fee for service listings
The traditional 6 percent+ commission is practice that doesn't apply to all sellers. Plus it doesn't always correlate to the cost of performing a real estate transaction. We offer an alternative by providing a fair price for the cost of services requested and needed. This way sellers pay for what they need. Many sellers want to save money on commissions and aren't looking for a full service listing from an agent. But they don't want to go it alone with a for sale by owner. There is a middle ground called fee for service. You decide which services you want your agent to provide and they then charge you accordingly. This is most appropriate for the seller that wants to get more involved in the transaction and save some money. This can also be a set amount and not as a percentage of the sales price. This way you know exactly what you are spending. Since each situation is different and every seller has different needs the amount of the fee is structured for each seller.
